On this page you will find the properties I am following at the moment. Each listing shows the price, the area, the number of bedrooms and the energy rating, because anyone choosing a home should be able to compare. That way you can look at each property calmly before booking any viewing, and you will find clear facts here instead of vague promises.

The energy rating is always shown

Portuguese law requires an energy certificate when a property is sold, so every listing shows its energy rating. The rating also helps you compare homes of different ages, because it shows how each building performs. You can learn more on the SCE website, the national energy certification system for buildings.

What a good property listing shows

A good listing shows the price, the area, the type of property and the energy rating. It must also name the brokerage company and its licence number, as the law requires. So when you see a listing without these details, ask, because you have the right to know. That way you compare better and decide with more confidence.

How to book a viewing

Choose the property you like most and message me on WhatsApp, and I will reply calmly. I arrange the viewing around your calendar, but only after I understand what you are looking for. If you prefer, call me, because that helps me choose better what to show you. In the meantime you can look at other homes, since there is no rush.
