My name is Henriqueta Paredes and I am a real estate consultant in Lisbon. I have worked in real estate for more than 15 years, so I know the doubts of people who buy and of people who sell. I like to listen to them without hurry, because a good conversation prevents many mistakes.

A home as a story

I like homes with history, because each one holds the life of the people who lived in it. So I look first at the light, the materials and the small details. Only then do I talk about square metres, since a home is worth more than its area.

Outside the viewings

Between viewings and deeds, there is life. I like travel, art and a well-laid table, because I believe luxury is in the details. For that reason I bring this eye to my work, especially when I show a home for the first time.
